2.3 Course Access and Usage

When you enroll in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Share access credentials or course materials with others
Use course content for commercial purposes
Reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
Record live classes without express permission

2.4 Live Classes and Schedule

Data Skill Hub offers live one-on-one and batch classes on weekends for working professionals. Class schedules are subject to change based on trainer availability and student requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of schedule changes. Attendance expectations and make-up class policies will be communicated during enrollment.

2.5 Payments and Refunds

Course fees are displayed on our website and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are available within 7 days of course enrollment if no classes have been attended
No refunds are provided after completing the first class
Course access fees are non-refundable once access has been granted
For Self-Learning Hub, digital content purchases are non-refundable

2.6 Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, presentations, documentation, images, and other content provided by Data Skill Hub are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are owned by or licensed to Data Skill Hub and are provided for educational purposes only. You retain ownership of any materials you create and submit, but grant Data Skill Hub a non-exclusive license to use such materials for educational and quality improvement purposes.

2.7 Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of instructors or fellow students
Posting offensive, defamatory, or abusive content
Spamming, phishing, or attempting unauthorized access
Impersonating others or providing false information
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Data Skill Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these conduct standards.

2.8 User-Generated Content

If you post comments, assignments, or other content on our platform, you represent that you own or have the right to use such content. You grant Data Skill Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for educational purposes. We reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATA SKILL HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
